MAYOR'S ENERGY SUMMIT

"Carlsbad: Much More Than You Expect"

October 19, 2023

About us

Artboard 1

Carlsbad held its first energy summit in 2013, when residents who were seeing a significant increase in the oil and gas industry presence voiced questions about what to expect. Over the past 11 years, the Carlsbad Mayor’s Energy Summit has become an important window into the epicenter of the Delaware Basin. Each year, it provides an opportunity for members of the community and key industry leaders to come together to discuss the current state of the industry and future expectations.

The theme for this year’s energy summit – “Carlsbad: Much More Than You Expect” aims to spotlight some of the key innovations of the area’s industry and the rich diversity of the region’s economy.

We hope you’ll join us this year at the 2023 Carlsbad Mayor’s Energy Summit!
